Workshop Registrationincludes the following:


1.  Access to Workshop:  3 Gen. Sessions & 2 class/es of choice ("Free Seating" arrangement -- "no reserve seats" unless specified by  Avodah Management.

​2.  Signed "Certificate of Attendance" for class/es chosen, depending on payment scheme..

3.  Preferred seat in the "Evening of Worship Concert" the following night in a designated seat for Workshop participants.  

> PHP 4,000.00 - 12-MONTH PAYLIGHT - Strictly "Credit Card" via PayPal  transaction only. Equal monthly payment: 

Php 333.34 / month x 12 months.  (First payment is accepted until 31st July 2015.)


* TERMS & MODE OF PAYMENT:


 >PHP 3,350.00 - EARLY BIRD RATE (up to April 30, 2015)  Under this scheme, participant is entitled to receive Course Materials, Concert Ticket and Certificate of Attendance after 3-4 weeks from date of event.  Under this scheme, the participant will be given their Course Materials, Concert Ticket and Certificate of Attendance after 3-4weeks from date of event.

> PHP 3,500.00 - FULL or STAGGERED PAYMENT (until 31st July 2015; Must do “PHP 1,000.00 Downpayment” and 4-equal payments of PHP 625.00 within period or full payment on 7th August 2015.) Failure to comply will mean forfeiture of all previous payments.  Please make necessary email notification for any payment made to:  mlrboca@avodahmctcorp.com. Under this scheme, participant will be given their Course Materials, Concert Ticket and Certificate of Attendance after 3-4 weeks from date of event.

> PHP 3,700.00 - REGULAR / ON-SITE (29th August 2015)  Under this scheme, participant is entitled to receive Course Materials, Concert Ticket and Certificate of Attendance after 3-4 weeks from date of event.
